Sacha was our first Berner. She not only introduced us to the breed, but assumed the responsibility of keeping us thoroughly enamoured with it.

Sacha excelled in foot warming and made many friends for Bernese Mountain Dogs, and for our family.

Curiosity was her second name, communication her game. As the self-ordained Matriarch of the family, Sacha constantly taught us what we needed to know about ourselves and others.

Always a puppy at heart, she welcomed each new day with unbridled enthusiasm and each new experience with great anticipation.
